Information and Help Desk
There are courtesy telephones located throughout the airport, which provide an information service. The airport information service can also be contacted in advance (tel: 816 243 5237). Information kiosks can be found at the bus shelters in the new economy car park.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone:
The airport has bureaux de change and other banking facilities at the business centre at Terminal A. ATMs and Internet access can be accessed throughout the airport. There is also an on-site post office at 156 Paris Street.
Eating and drinking: A number of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and fast-food facilities are available throughout the terminals.
Shopping: There are many shops available throughout the terminal.
Luggage services: Lost and found services can be found in the Airport Police building (tel: 816 243 5219); queries can be made via the white courtesy telephones.
Other facilities: The airport provides a first aid centre and family toilets.

Conference and Business Facilities
Self-service business facilities are available at the business centres in all terminals. The on-site Marriott Hotel (tel: 816 464 2200) offers a fully equipped business centre, as well as numerous rooms for meetings, including four salons, a pavilion and a ballroom accommodating up to 650 people.

Disabled Facilities
The terminal is fully accessible for disabled passengers; it has elevators, TTD telephones and adapted toilets. Car parking spaces for disabled drivers are available and shuttles are wheelchair-accessible. Passengers should request wheelchairs in advance from the airline.
